Adding An Email Account to Your iPhone
Set Up Your Email Account Manually
It is best to set up your account manually.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Verification Error
If you are getting a Verify Security Certificate error on your iPhone it is probably easier to remove your email account and re-install it using the process shown below.
To remove the account go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts - select the account and DELETE it.
Then restart you phone and continue to add the account back onto your phone.
You will need:
Your email address eg. info@yourdomainname.com.au (this is your account username - the whole email address)
Your email password eg. Sd%$WYW$%B
Your mailserver setting (used for both incoming and outgoing mail server) is cloud.llamablueweb.com
Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts, then tap Add Account.
Tap Other, then tap Add Mail Account.
Enter your name, email address, password, and a description for your account.
Tap Next. Mail will try to find the email settings and finish your account setup. If Mail finds your email settings, tap Done to complete your account setup.
If Mail can't find your email settings, then you need to enter them manually. Tap Next, then follow these steps:
Choose IMAP for your new account.
Enter the information for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next. If you don't have this information, try to look it up or contact your email provider.
If your email settings are correct, tap Save to finish. If the email settings are incorrect, you'll be asked to edit them.
